Located in the private east end of Grand Lake Village, this home is perfect for your family retreat – just a short walk to town and the Grand Lake beach and boat dock.

This home has a wonderful view of the lake and mountains and will sleep up to 10 people.

There are two living areas. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a queen. There is a sliding glass door to walk out to the back deck and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub.

The 3^rd bedroom has a king bed and the 4^th bedroom has a queen and day bed. There is a loft area with sitting area and views of Grand Lake.
